John Dobrott began his career in real estate nearly a decade ago handling commercial real estate finance at the Alison Company. While there, he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and packaging new commercial real estate loan submissions with a total annual value of over $250 million.
After making the switch to residential real estate, John began conducting a variety of luxury residential transactions, from assisting high-end clientele in selling and purchasing luxury homes to overseeing a multifamily property portfolio with numerous properties in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. John has lived in Newport Beach his entire life (besides a brief stint in Arizona while he attended the University of Arizona) and grew up on the exclusive Lido Isle, so he is extremely well-versed in the coastal neighborhoods and enclaves. Thanks to his extensive experience in various aspects of the real estate world, John is able to successfully guide his high-end clientele through even the toughest real estate transaction.
