Lexie Shah is a Newport Beach native specializing in the coastal Orange County communities. Her deep passion for the real estate industry began at a young age while moving numerous times and experiencing the buying and selling process first hand. She became fascinated with how unique each transaction was, and the ability to transform a house into a home when you find the perfect fit.
Before obtaining her real estate license, Lexie graduated from the University of Southern California and began working for Houzz as a Marketplace Operations Coordinator. It was here she discovered the importance of marketing and communication and acquired the skill set necessary for cultivating relationships and successfully reaching an audience. Recently joining The Pfeif Group at Surterre Properties, Lexie applies her marketing expertise and unparalleled customer service skills to implement the best experience for her clientele. “While a house is a tangible item, the memories made of them are priceless. Lexie is an active member of the Newport Beach Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She volunteers at various organizations she encountered through the National Charity League including food shelters, Second Step, and SOS Children’s Villages. When Lexie isn’t working, you will find her spending time with her family and friends, trying a new workout class, or taking the latest graphic design course to enhance her marketing skills.
