Number-one Chinese overseas real estate portal Juwai.com has signed marketing contracts with agency networks that together contain nearly 100,000 real estate agents. The agreements include both renewals of existing partnerships, and entirely new partnerships, with such industry giants as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Surterre Properties, and Engel & Völkers Americas.
Engel & Völkers, which has more than 3,000 real estate professionals in the Americas — contributing to the brand’s global network of more than 11,000 real estate professionals — began working with Juwai.com as far back as 2017 and signed its renewal in late 2018.
“Juwai.com supports our network by getting our advisors’ professional insights, properties and names in front of the right types of buyers, which is of great value to their clients and their individual business,” said Engel & Völkers Americas CEO Anthony Hitt.
“Our continued partnership with Juwai.com is an important element of our Extensive Domestic & Global Exposure ‘EDGE’ platform which maximizes the exposure our advisors’ listings have to targeted buyers worldwide.”
Juwai.com Executive Chairman Georg Chmiel said, “I know the word is overused, but we really are honoured to have the best real estate networks in the world as our long-term partners. Chinese buyers invested more than $117 billion into global real estate in the most recent full-year data. We are proud to help our partners serve this valuable group of buyers and sellers.”
