Cheers the Holidays with Pomegranate Rosemary Champagne Fizz

The holiday season is a time to celebrate, spread cheer and dress up! So why not dress up your champagne (a classic holiday drink) by adding subtly sweet pomegranate and festive sprigs of rosemary?  It is an easy, but luxurious cocktail to serve and sip for all your holiday soirees!

 

Here’s what you need:

*makes approx. 4 drinks.

  • 1 bottle of champagne
  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate juice
  • Whole pomegranate seeds
  • Fresh sprigs of rosemary

Directions:

  1. Chill the champagne and pomegranate juice
  2. Remove pomegranate seeds from the fruit or package and wash & dry
  3. Wash, dry and separate sprigs of rosemary (4 needed)
  4. Add a teaspoon full of pomegranates to empty champagne glass
  5. Pour champagne into glass, filling ¾ of the way
  6. Top off with a splash of fresh pomegranate juice
  7. Add 1 sprig of rosemary to each glass for garnish to finish
  8. Stiry gently and enjoy!
