As a Port Streets native, Katie Bethel Drown brings a lifetime of relationships and local knowledge to the Kline | Sarna Group. To Katie, whether riding her bike to Andersen, swimming and coaching at the Phase 2 Pool, or walking down the greenbelt to a friend’s house for a birthday party, it seems as though every special and important memory from growing up was made in the Port Streets. Katie has a deep understanding of our unique neighborhood and appreciates the experiences and friendships she has built over the last 20-plus years. 

Katie is a USC graduate with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education. Before starting her real estate career, Katie was a teacher in Orange County.
