Though luxury real estate professional Brad Trager was born and raised in the Midwest, he has been enjoying the beautiful California weather since moving here in 1995. Since then, he has become an expert in all things South County and beyond — helping hundreds of families realize their home buying and selling dreams along the way.
Trustworthy, discreet, and seasoned in the art of delivering transactions of value and reward, Brad has built a strong network of industry connections over the course of his 21-year career. Real estate is in his blood — his mother was a highly successful agent for over 35 years, passing on her deep knowledge and work ethic to him.
Having transitioned from a successful tenure as a sales executive, Brad is adept at negotiating the most favorable deals and keeping transactions organized from start to finish. Specializing in the Talega, The Reserve, and Marbleheadcommunities of San Clemente, he is consistently ranked among the top producers in South Orange County. His dedication to clients and commitment to raising the bar in personalized service place him in the upper echelon of agents.
In addition to his work in luxury real estate, Brad is proud to serve those who serve our country through Next Move Military, a nationwide network helping military service members and their families with home purchases, leasing, and VA loan transactions. He has successfully assisted clients in Florida, South Carolina, Colorado, California, Illinois, Texas, and Missouri, ensuring smooth PCS relocations and stress-free moves.
A former collegiate swimmer, Brad credits his competitive edge to years of training in the pool. Deeply committed to community and family, he is a proud military dad. His son Tristan played four years at the United States Air Force Academy and was selected in the 2022 MLS Super Draft by Atlanta United FC; Carson graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy in 2025; Kai will enter his junior year at the United States Coast Guard Academy; and youngest son Koa is a junior at San Clemente High School, plays for the San Diego Surf Soccer Club, and is active in Civil Air Patrol.
