Bianca Avila Small is a local real estate agent who specializes in working with buyers and sellers in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, and the surrounding areas. Bianca is a Newport Beach native who is fluent in Spanish. Prior to joining Surterre Properties, she was a marketing specialist and manager at her family’s business, Avila’s El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant. Bianca holds a degree in business administration and psychology from the University of San Diego. Bianca and her husband Nate own a home in Eastside Costa Mesa where they raise their two young sons and dog Reed. They love running around the Back Bay, taking the family to the beach, and eating out at their favorite neighborhood restaurants.
