Taylor grew up in beautiful Newport Beach with her two sisters and real estate mom/dad duo. Shortly after graduating college from Indiana University as a 4-year division one soccer player, she found her way into real estate and moved to the energetic city of Austin, Texas where she joined a top real estate team and raised a family. With over 10 years of real estate experience, she returned to her hometown in 2024, where she joins Bill and Kathy at The Fallon Team.  

Taylor’s innate desire to help people along with her understanding in human behavior and psychology, gives her a unique ability to connect to people on a deeper level. There is no one-size-fits-all approach in her toolkit. She customizes her approach to meet the needs of her clients and uses a holistic approach to care for them. In order words, she wants to get to know you intimately and find out the “why” behind your dreams.

She is known for being a sweetheart but tough when it comes to negotiating the best deals and not leaving any money on the table. Her days as a collegiate athlete instilled a competitive spirit that will make you happy she is on your team. Her focus is to WIN for you, but to do it gracefully and respectfully so all parties win.

Through her transparency, directness, and composure, she can make her clients feel supported and well-informed throughout the entire process. She takes pride in her integrity at every stage, allowing her clients to rest-assured that they are in good hands and their interests are being represented fairly and accurately. Her goal is to be a trusted lifelong resource for her clients and guide her people to the places they will thrive in.

In addition, over the last decade, she has bought and sold 5 personal investment properties, one of which she managed as a short-term Airbnb property and the other, was an income producing investment property. She is a wealth of knowledge and isn’t shy about sharing her expertise.

In her free time, she enjoys going to comedy shows, rollerblading on the Newport Beach boardwalk, practicing yoga and pilates, going on long bike rides around the back bay and spending time with her two daughters Winona and Goldie.
