John Kuzmic has been an entrepreneur most his life with many years of sales and marketing experience. John’s forward-thinking mentality not only led him down the real estate path, but also propelled the launch of his very successful cinematography company. His company, Aerial Affair, is a cinematography company that specializes in photos/videos for a variety of avenues, including commercials, real estate, professional athlete self-promotion, documentation, and more. John has also operated on the other side of real estate, buying and flipping homes in the Orange County area. For each property, John applied his home construction background, completing the majority of the redesigns and development himself.
 
Among John’s many accomplishments, he is also a Laguna Beach firefighter, a position he has maintained for over 20 years, holding the title of Laguna Beach Fire Captain/Paramedic. Thanks to his long-standing history in the community, he has established an excellent reputation and maintained valuable friendships, which comes with the tremendous advantage of knowing the ins and outs of the area and the intricacies of the town.
 
John received his Sports Medicine degree from Pepperdine University, which he attended on a baseball scholarship. He obtained his AA degree in Fire Science from Santa Ana College and his paramedic license in Orange County, and is also a licensed FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot in Command. He also remains active in his community, giving back whenever he can by volunteering through the fire department for many charitable events in the city, including MDA and raising money for the fire department association. His hobbies include traveling, surfing, golfing, fishing, and coaching.
