Real estate agent and residential renovator Cheryl Hamilton has a passion for working closely with her clients to explore the diverse possibilities in the Southern California real estate market. Hardworking, detail-oriented, and highly responsive to her clients, Cheryl’s core desire is to find the best fit for her clients’ current and future needs. Her renovation experience and passion for optimizing space utilization allow her clients to objectively assess homes and see their full potential.  

A member of the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® (NSDCAR), Cheryl holds a bachelor’s degree in phycology from the University of San Diego. Prior to Cheryl’s real estate career, she spent almost two decades in the medical device industry and led a global customer service organization acting as the leadership liaison for large hospitals. This experience developed her extraordinary customer care and communication skills as well as gave her the confidence and patience to focus on her clients’ needs even in the most high-pressure situations.

Outside of real estate, Cheryl is a fitness instructor with FIT4MOM, where she supports mothers in regaining their physical and emotional self while maintaining connections with their babies and young children who accompany them in their workouts.
