This cocktail is from Conor McGregor’s Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey. Mix 1 ½ oz of the spirit with 1 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and a dash of ground cinnamon in a shaker. Strain into a glass and enjoy!

Mulled wine has been around for centuries. See what all the fuss is about with this recipe from Chambord. Place the following ingredients into a pot and bring to medium heat: 1 oz Chambord, 6 oz high-quality red wine, 1 oz apple juice, 1 bag chai tea, ¼ tsp cardamom, and a pinch of black pepper. Once the mixture starts to simmer, reduce the heat and cover. Let steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain the tea bags. Serve.
