Surterre Celebrates Agent Sue Podany’s Philanthropy

Here at Surterre Properties®, our agents selflessly devote time and energy to serving their communities through philanthropy and volunteer work. We are so proud of them — and want the world to know!

In this week’s edition of Thoughtful Thursdays, we recognize Sue Podany, former president and current board member of the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS® who supports many organizations including The Adoption Guild of Orange County, Childhelp, Alzheimer’s Association, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, American Legion Auxiliary, and St. John Vianney Guild.

Through the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS, Sue helps organize various charity events like fashion shows and golf and poker tournaments. She has also served on the board of St. John Vianney Guild for a decade and chairs their Chapel Care committee, which works to raise scholarships for Orange County high school students.

Raised by a family that was always involved in charity work, Sue came to see philanthropy as a way of life. Knowing she has the ability to make an impact on people who may not have been born with the same opportunities makes volunteering especially rewarding for Sue. One highlight of Sue’s philanthropy is when she sponsored a young boy with muscular dystrophy to compete in the Paralympics — an experience she won’t soon forget.

Please join us in congratulating Sue Podany for being an inimitable example of true leadership and community involvement. You can contact Sue at 949.632.6343, spodany@surterreproperties.com, or OCSue.com for all of your real estate needs.
